In June 2025, Toyosu Sail Park Building, a new place for interaction and communication, will open in Toyosu, a city where work, living, play and learning come together.
The property is surrounded by water and greenery, creating a refreshing and open environment, yet is also conveniently located just 9 minutes from Tokyo Station and within 30 minutes of the city center's major business districts.

At the end of January 2027, a traditional and stately complex building will be built on the waterfront at the site of the former Yokohama Building.

Plans are also underway to create a promenade along the waterfront, linking it with the adjacent blocks. The town is scheduled to open in September 2024, and at the end of November 2024, two large Floors offices, Gran Green Osaka Park Tower and Gate Tower, will be built in the vast, lush greenery.
Gran Green Osaka Park Tower is an office tower with one of the largest office spaces in the Kansai region, with each floor covering approximately 4,000m², allowing it to create workspaces suited to a wide variety of companies and work styles. Gran Green Osaka Gate Tower is a rare office tower with each floor covering approximately 1550m², allowing it to accommodate walk-in businesses.
Additionally, to support the office, the building will have childcare support facilities and an open lounge with a park view, meeting the diverse needs of employees. The city park right in front of the building can be used as a workplace or a place to relax, realizing a new work style unique to Gran Green Osaka.
A new landmark will be born in 2026 in a prime location in Sakae, Nagoya. Connected to Sakae Station and Sakaemachi Station, where two subway lines and one private railway line converge, this location offers one of the most convenient transport connections in the Sakae area.
The area will house four uses: hotel, offices, a cinema complex, and commercial facilities, and the hotel zone will be home to Hilton's luxury brand, Conrad Hotels & Resorts.
TOKYO TORCH(Tokyo Tokiwabashi Project) is one of the biggest redevelopment projects in the Tokyo Station area. Tokiwabashi is in the center of Tokyo surrounded by Otemachi, Marunouchi, Yeasu, and Nihonbashi. TOKYO TORCH, which will soon become Japan's new landmark, will be located in front of JR Tokyo station, with the tallest scale office building and 7,000㎡ scale plaza .
